Fixes SOU-1571
Addresses CVE-2026-64642 (GHSA-6gpp-xcg3-4w24), a HIGH severity middleware/proxy bypass in Next.js App Router apps using Turbopack with a single
config.i18n.localesentry. Fixed innext@16.2.11.The top-level
nextrange (^16.2.6inpackages/web) already admitted the patched version, so refreshing the lockfile bumped it to16.2.11. A second instance was pinned exactly to16.2.6by@react-email/ui(still the case in its latest release), so a qualifiedresolutionsoverride forces that instance to^16.2.11as well.yarn why nextnow shows both instances at16.2.11.
